Rhino Water Damage Repair Service provides water damage restoration, flood damage repair, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, storm damage restoration, emergency water extraction, and structural drying services in Houston, TX and surrounding Harris County communities.

All services are subject to a separate written service agreement signed prior to work commencement. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and general engagement; they do not constitute a service contract.

3. Free Estimates

We offer free damage assessments and estimates at no obligation. Submitting a contact form or calling our emergency line does not create a binding service agreement. Work will only commence after both parties have signed a written authorization to proceed.

4. Emergency Response

Our 45-minute response guarantee applies to properties within the greater Houston metropolitan area and is subject to crew availability and road conditions. In cases of widespread regional disasters (hurricanes, major flooding events), response times may be extended. We will communicate estimated arrival times at the time of your call.

5. Insurance Coordination

We work directly with insurance carriers to document damage and submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy service. We make no representations or guarantees regarding insurance coverage decisions, claim approval, or payout amounts. All coverage determinations are made exclusively by your insurance carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Rhino Water Damage Repair Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards and applicable IICRC guidelines. We do not warrant that our services will prevent all future damage, mold growth, or structural issues, particularly when pre-existing conditions or undisclosed damage are present.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or to scrape or reproduce our content without written permission.
